Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Puja Date Rescheduling

If a devotee is unable to attend the puja on the booked date due to emergency or travel delays, the puja date can be rescheduled to another auspicious Muhurat without any extra fee by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation & Samagri Advance

Samagri preparations (flowers, milk, panchamrit, specific samidha, silver nag-nagin pairs) are procured exclusively prior to the ritual. In case of cancellation before samagri procurement, advance amounts are refunded in full.
